ABOUT VIRTUATECH

Engineering the operating layer

VirtuaTech designs the operating layer between a company's people, systems and decisions. The work begins with how the operation actually earns, then turns repeatable preparation into controlled software while keeping consequential judgement with named people.

Built from the operator's side

Mohammed Salim Zaki founded VirtuaTech after working as a financial planner. That background shaped the standard: a system is useful only when it survives the pressure of a real client file, a real approval and a real consequence.

Today the practice works with regulated operators, established companies and well-funded teams whose growth is constrained by fragmented workflows rather than by a shortage of tools.

One accountable architecture

Map before automating

Document the decisions, evidence, handoffs and failure points before software is allowed to carry the work.

Separate preparation from authority

Agents can collect, reconcile and prepare. A person remains responsible for decisions that move money, create an obligation or cannot be undone.

Design the exception path

When evidence is missing or a check fails, the system stops, explains why and routes the case with its context attached.

Measure completed outcomes

The useful metric is correctly completed work, including review and rework, not the number of automated actions.

Entity and contact

VirtuaTech serves clients in English and French from Canada and the United States. Engagements are designed directly with the founder and delivered in phases that can be inspected before the next layer begins.
