together works.

Four phases, in dependency order. You approve the scope before the build, you see working software at the end of every layer, and you deal with the person who designed it. Delivered in French or English.

We document how the company actually earns: where signals arrive, who decides what, and which steps quietly lose money. Nothing is automated before it is understood.

WHAT WE COMMIT TO

  • You work directly with the operator who designs the system. There is no account manager between you and the person building it.
  • Scope is agreed in writing before the build starts, and changes to scope are agreed in writing too.
  • Nothing is automated before it is mapped, even when that makes the first phase feel slow.
  • Your data stays yours. It is processed on your instructions and never used to train general-purpose models or to market our services.
  • The work is delivered in French or in English, at your choice, including all documentation and reporting.
  • If a layer is not working, fixing it takes priority over building the next one.
  • A human approves anything consequential before it happens. The system prepares the decision, states what it is about to do, and waits. It cannot approve on its own behalf, and if a detail changes after you approved it, it comes back for approval rather than proceeding on the old answer.

WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE

  • A guaranteed revenue figure, close rate or lead volume. Anyone promising you a number without seeing your operation is selling, not engineering.
  • A fixed public price. Scope is set by the number of moving parts, so the price follows the map rather than a package.
  • A delivery date quoted before the map exists. A date given earlier than that is a guess wearing a suit.
  • Regulated advice. We build the system; the financial, legal and compliance judgment stays with you and your advisors.
  • A template, a package, or a small subscription. Every system is designed around one operation, and we deliberately run few at a time. Tools let us build faster; they do not let us take on everyone.

  • An operating layer made of six connected parts: a map of how the business earns, AI agents that carry repeatable work, one memory of every lead and conversation, a website that converts attention into booked calls, follow-up that never drops, and an intelligence layer that improves the whole system from the work already happening. The parts are built to hand off to each other, which is why the result compounds instead of plateauing.

  • Organisations where being wrong is expensive and the process itself is the constraint: a desk that has to satisfy compliance reviewers before it can move money, a public body accountable for how a decision was reached, a company whose volume has outgrown the manual steps holding it together. Governments, established corporations and well-funded firms all qualify. The common trait is not an industry, it is that operational failure is measured in six figures rather than in inconvenience.

  • A single producer, or a small firm whose budget is already committed elsewhere. Size is not the disqualifier and a small team with real budget is welcome; the mismatch is one of sequence. If the engineering that decides how the business runs is worth less to you than the media spend pointing at it, the engagement will disappoint us both, and it is cheaper for everyone to know that now.

  • Yes, where you want them to. Agents handle first contact, qualification and scheduling, and they confirm intent before a human is involved. Judgment stays with your team: the agents remove the typing and the chasing, not the advice.

  • No. Data inside a system we build for you belongs to you, is processed on your instructions, and is not used to market VirtuaTech or to train general-purpose models.

  • No, and systems built that way are the reason so many companies are cautious. Ours are built the opposite way: the agents prepare, gather the evidence and present a decision, then stop and wait for a person to approve. That approval is bound to the exact thing that was shown, so nothing can be substituted between the moment you say yes and the moment it happens, and any change afterwards requires a fresh approval. You decide where the line sits, and the line is enforced by the system rather than by policy.

  • It stops instead of guessing. If a required piece of evidence is missing, if a check cannot be completed, or if something does not match what was approved, the action is refused and a person is told why. In regulated work the expensive failure is not being slow, it is proceeding on an assumption, so the default is always to fail closed and hand the decision back.

  • Both, depending on the role. Repeatable work that a machine does more reliably gets moved to an agent, which lowers cost per outcome. Work that depends on judgment gets faster because the person stops doing the typing, the chasing and the searching around it. We say which is which during the mapping phase, before anything is built.

  • Nothing here is a template, so there is no list price: the figure follows the map rather than a package, and it is established once we know how many moving parts the operation really has. What is fixed is the ambition. We run a small number of engagements at a time, each one substantial enough to justify designing an operating layer rather than configuring a tool, which is why the first conversation is about the size of the problem and not the size of the invoice.

  • It depends on which layers you need. A conversion front door is a short engagement. A full operating layer with agents, memory and follow-up is a phased build, because each layer needs the previous one to be true before it is worth automating. We map before we build, on purpose: automating a broken process only makes it fail faster.

  • Yes. Part of the work is making a company legible to the people who scrutinise it, including compliance reviewers and institutional counterparties. For ChainMyne, a regulated OTC desk, that meant building the verification flow and desk status so that trust is established before the first conversation.

  • Launch is the beginning of the momentum and intelligence layers, not the end of the project. Follow-up keeps running, and the system reports which sources produce real clients, which answers close, and where time is still leaking, so month twelve should outperform month one without adding headcount.

  • Both, at your choice, and that includes documentation, reporting and the agents' own voice. The practice serves French-speaking markets beyond Québec, including France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Morocco, as well as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

  • Yes. Engagements run remotely and asynchronously by default, with scheduled calls in your working hours. For clients in the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, data protection obligations including the GDPR are handled explicitly in the agreement rather than assumed.
