Making a complex operation legible before the first conversation
ChainMyne serves institutional and high-net-worth clients moving digital assets through an OTC relationship. The engagement required more than a premium website: the public promise, verification path and internal operating logic had to tell the same story about control.
The operating constraint
A regulated desk is evaluated before anyone speaks to it. Institutional visitors, counterparties and compliance reviewers need to understand who the desk serves, how access begins and whether the operation behaves like infrastructure rather than a promotional funnel.
The design problem was therefore inseparable from the systems problem. A polished surface could not compensate for an unclear verification path, and a capable internal system could not earn trust if the public entry point made it difficult to understand.
